BODY BALANCE:

Is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength & leaves you feeling centred & calm.

BODY PUMP:

Is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60min workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts & curls.

CARDIO BOX:

Great cardiovascular fitness workout using boxing techniques.

GROUP CYCLE:

A cardio cycling class set to upbeat music that is great for developing endurance. Weights are often used to assist toning. If participation becomes regular, we recommend purchasing a gel saddle cover and a pair of cycling shorts.

MYSTERY CLASS:

IT’S A MYSTERY (but there will be some lifting and some boxing).

YOGA:

Known for its ability to heal and bring peace of mind. Learn how to stretch, control breathing, whilst toning.

PILATES:

Is a method of body conditioning based on using positioning & gravity to work & strengthen the muscles. It is a tool to educate the body to have better posture & move in a more efficient way.

ZUMBA:

Latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning, dance fitness party. Feel the music and let loose!

BARRE ATTACK

Barre attack is a dynamic fusion of Ballet, Pilates and Fitness providing an all over body workout with special attention for the legs, butt thighs and arms

CORE WORKOUT:

A class for ALL levels that assists in activating your deep core stabilizer muscles.  Mainly floor work with use of some weights.

HIIT:

A freestyle High Intensity Interval Training class that features explosive high impact moves incorporating cardio & weights.  It is designed to burn fat and improve athletic capability all within a 30min session.

STEP:

A cardiovascular class that uses a height adjustable step providing a cardio workout which also tones the entire lower body while pushing fat burning systems into high gear.

T-FUNCTIONAL

Everyday movements put into a high intensity strength class.  The focus is on improving strength & your abilities in a 30min session.
