CARDIO BOX:
Great cardiovascular fitness workout using boxing techniques.
GROUP CYCLE:
A cardio cycling class set to upbeat music that is great for developing
endurance. Weights are often used to assist toning. If participation
becomes regular, we recommend purchasing a gel saddle cover and a pair
of cycling shorts.
POWER BAR:
A low impact class that uses suitable bar weights to work specific muscle groups. Great for toning and firming.
NEW BODY:
A low impact, high intensity exercise class, which uses handweights and other equipment to tone and shape the body. Great for body sculpting.
MYSTERY CLASS:
IT’S A MYSTERY (but there will be some lifting and some boxing).
YOGA:
Known for its ability to heal and bring peace of mind. Learn how to stretch, control breathing, whilst toning.
PILATES:
Intense stretching class, which incorporates workouts for your
abdominals, leg, arm and back muscles. Ideal for toning, increasing
strength and flexibility.
ZUMBA:
Latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning, dance fitness party. Feel the music and let loose!
STEP:
A cardiovascular class that uses a height adjustable step providing a cardio workout which also tones the entire lower body while pushing fat burning systems into high gear.
X TRAINER:
A mix of all styles of training including weights, boxing, step. It's variety all in one, be prepared for a great workout!
